My name is Sheila Mitchell and I am an entrepreneur, business owner, and sales executive. I have been a realtor with Re/Max Advantage Plus since 2006, and have been awarded the 100% club as a top leader in closed sales every year since. I have been a Senior Vice President in residential and commercial lending since 1994 and have been working with Edge Home Finance since 2014. Throughout the years I have proven my ability to recognize good deals and opportunities and execute.
I mostly work near and around the lakes of Minneapolis and surrounding suburbs, but I would love to help with home questions coming from anywhere. I will do a walk through to evaluate how you should present your home in order to get the best pool of prospects. This will include everything from where furniture should go to how you choose to landscape. With my help your home will be ready for any open houses, potential buyers, or photo documentation.

After doing a walk through of your home, I will be able to provide you with an estimate so that you get a feel for how much your home is worth. Not only that, but I will offer many suggestions for how to increase your home's value with the least amount of cost, labor, and time.

Once we have found a home you are ready to buy, we will go through the price negotiations always with your best interest in mind. After negotiations, I will help guide you through the paperwork process and answer any remaining questions you might have.
